Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using Widgeo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Widgeo.
The service
Widgeo lets you create home-screen widgets, browse a wallpaper catalog, and share photos with friends through a shared photo widget: photos you send appear directly on your friends' home screens, within the groups you both belong to.
User content and conduct
You are solely responsible for the photos and captions you share. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior — including nudity or sexually explicit material, harassment, hate speech, threats, and illegal content. The app provides built-in tools to report any photo and to block any user: blocked users can no longer see your photos and you no longer see theirs. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours; content that violates these terms is removed and the offending user may have their account terminated. We may remove any content or restrict any account at our discretion to keep the service safe.
Subscriptions (Widgeo Pro)
Widgeo offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Widgeo Pro, billed through your Apple account. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings. Independently of deletion, shared photos are automatically removed from our servers after 45 days.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and the wallpaper catalog are the property of Widgeo and its licensors. You keep all rights to the photos you share; by sharing them you grant us the limited license needed to deliver them to the friends you chose.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Widgeo is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including content shared by other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
